- A deposit covering the first month's rent is required with the promise to rent payable to Remax l'espace in
trust".
- The lessor authorizes Remax l'espace to pay the remuneration with the deposit of the 1st month.
- Electricity, internet, telephone and television cable are not included.
- Conditional to a credit check, referrals, a letter of employment, all must be to the complete satisfaction of the lessor.
- It is forbidden to smoke in the condo (any product, whether cigarette, marijuana, vaper, etc.).
- The tenant must have civil liability insurance of a minimum of 2 million and contents insurance for 75
$000 for contents included in the condo.
- A repair less than $500 will be the tenant's responsibility.
- The tenant who moves in or moves out, will be responsible for an amount of $250 for their move as well as a security deposit
of $1000.
- The tenant must read the declaration of co-ownership before occupying the premises and will be held responsible for all fines received as a result of non-compliance with the regulations.
- There will be an inspection of both parties at the beginning and at the end of the lease.
- It is forbidden to sublet or rent the condo and prohibits airbnb.
- No animals or aquarium in the condo.
- It is forbidden to make modifications to the condo, no holes in the walls or paint.
- All objects, plants that could damage the floor, must have a protector underneath so as not to damage
floor. If any damage is done to the floor it will be the complete responsibility of the renter, except for normal wear and tear.
- A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is requested and will be held by the landlord until the end of the lease. This deposit
will be refundable if the condo is returned in the same condition as when delivered. Any damage will be deducted from this amount and
returned to owner except for normal wear and tear.
