I am Charles Caron-Turnier, Residential Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX L'Espace. With over 15 years of experience, I am proud to be an expert in the Real Estate field. My specialty is in Marketing, the Sale and Purchase Process of properties as well in the Construction Project Management. I have extensive knowledge of the Legal Aspects related to Rentals or Real Estate, which allows me to better represent my seller clients properties and attract potential buyers to theirs.

I am an attentive, transparent Real Estate Broker , experienced, professional, confident, honest, reliable, skilled in negotiation, and exemplifying in-depth knowledge of the Local Real Estate market.

My career as a Real Estate Broker has allowed me to carry out complex Real Estate Transactions and Investment Strategies, assess Market Value, and verify the Legality of Contracts. My exceptional communication skills allow me to provide outstanding customer service while working closely with other Brokers, Inspectors, Lawyers, Municipalities and Contractors.

I am also a mentor for new colleagues and in direct contact with Agency Directors. I have facilitated in my carreer over $15 million in Residential and Commercial sales by comparing similar properties on the market and liaising between owners and potential buyers.

I also negotiated Real Estate Brokerage Contracts for transactions between Buyers, Sellers, Owners and Tenants. I have assisted Real Estate Developers in executing complex Real Estate Transactions and negotiated transactions for Investment Strategies by assessing Market Value and Sourcing Land.

I also advised Project Stakeholders on questions and issues during the Project Implementation Process, and led Bidding Processes for Project Execution, representing the interests of the client with the Various Stakeholders involved in the Work Progress Schedules.

My mission is centered on your peace of mind and integrity. My leadership skills allow me to maximize productivity among my peers while implementing appropriate oversight mechanisms to maintain my contractual relationships.

During my career, I have also made several recommendations on Project Implementation, prepared Cost-Benefit Analysis for Special Projects, negotiated Leases/Contracts, formed teams of contractors for specific missions, in order to represent the interests of the organization as a whole.

I am based in the Montreal Area and am happy to serve the Ville-Marie, Downtown Montreal Area, Golden Square-Mile, Old Montreal, Plateau-Mont-Royal, Côte-des-Neiges, Outremont, Town of Mont-Royal, Villeray, Rosemont and Hochelaga-Maisonneuve regions.

I also work in the Brome-Missisquoi region in the field of farms and chalets (secondary properties).
