The garage is not equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. Therefore, the use of standard outlets for this purpose is not permitted.
The following conditions must be an integral part of any rental agreement:
References, a credit check, and proof of employment and income will be required, to the landlord's satisfaction, before accepting any rental offer.
Pets are not allowed, except for cats.
The unit is strictly non-smoking, including vaping, cannabis, and any other substances.
The tenant must not grow marijuana in any form.
No subletting or Airbnb-type use will be permitted.
The first month's rent must be paid upon lease signing.
Liability insurance with a minimum coverage of two million dollars is required.
The tenant is not allowed to sublet the unit or assign the lease, in whole or in part.
All minor repairs under $150 (e.g., light bulb or filter replacement, etc.) will be the tenant's responsibility.
