-The owner and the building prohibit short-term subletting of the condo (AirBNB type).
-At the end of the lease, the tenant must return the condo in the same condition as when delivered.
- The tenant must respect the rules and regulations of the syndicate.
- All moving expenses are the responsibility of the tenant.
- Any penalties resulting from the tenant's behavior are the responsibility of the tenant.
