-The lease will be conditional upon a positive credit check acceptable to the lessor, as well as proof of income and reference.
-The landlord accepts 1 small animal of 20 pounds or less with mention in the lease that any damage will be at the tenant's expense.
-Non-smoking condos (cigars, cigarettes, pot, cannabis, etc.)
-The tenant must present a $2M liability insurance policy prior to occupancy and maintain it for the duration of the lease.
-The owner and the building prohibit short-term subletting of the condo (AirBNB type).
-At the end of the lease, the tenant must return the condo in the same condition as when delivered.
- The tenant must respect the rules and regulations of the syndicate.
- All moving expenses are the responsibility of the tenant.
- Any penalties resulting from the tenant's behavior are the responsibility of the tenant.
-The condo must be returned in the same condition (with normal wear and tear) and must be cleaned
