c) No pets;

d) The LESSEE will provide the LESSOR with proof of insurance (2M liability and contents) prior to occupancy;

e) The LESSEE will connect their Hydro Québec account to this address prior to occupancy;

f) Short-term rentals or Airbnb are not permitted, and no subletting is permitted;

g) The LESSEE must comply with the declaration of co-ownership and the co-ownership rules and will be responsible for any violations reported by the co-ownership;

h) No painting in the apartment;

i) Administrative fees charged by the co-ownership for moving in/out (elevator reservation, etc.) will be paid by the LESSEE.
