Electricity, internet, telephone and tv cable is not included.

All offers to lease are conditional to a credit check, references, employment letter satisfactory to the lessor

The tenant must undertake a liability insurance of $2 000 000 prior to signing the lease.

The lessee is responsible for all administrative fees concerning the moving in and out.

The credit check is the collaborating broker's responsibility.

as possible, any other party who is not represented of the
