Please note that the PARKING for both chalets (374 and 378 Lac-des-Chats) is located on the 370 Lac-des-Chats property, from which a staircase leads down to both chalets. A right of way will need to be created on the 378 Lac-des-Chats property to access the 374 Lac-des-Chats chalet (see map in the photos).

The buyer must agree to grant the seller a right of first refusal upon the resale of 374 Lac-des-Chats chalet, which will be stipulated in the deed of sale.
